I, Sherry Trentini, as a Life Coach and Grief Recovery Specialist, know inherently that privacy and confidentiality is paramount in the work I do, and that extends to those who have a look at my website as well. If you have subscribed to my email list (more about that later), I state front and center that I’m not about cluttering up your inbox or your life, therefore I am not about to sell, rent or trade your information with/to other companies and business for marketing purposes. This Privacy Policy, provides a lot of detailed information on when and why your personal information may be collected, how it’s used, the limited conditions under which it may be accessible to a third party. This isn’t the most entertaining or stimulating thing I’ve ever written and published on my website, however to comply with the GDPR and to clarify that I am committed to your digital well-being, I’d suggest you grab your beverage of choice and have a read.

As part of the registration process for my email newsletter, I collect personal information. I use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff such as: (offers, e-courses, events etc.), to share blog posts that may be of interest to you, to contact you if I need to obtain or provide additional information. I don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

I use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver those emails, gathering statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing me the chief cook & data protection officer Sherry Trentini.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Sherry@sherrytrentini.com

My Privacy Policy is a fluid document. I will be adding, editing and updating it as my website changes and annually.
Privacy Policy effective: May 24, 2018
